The Greek setter Lamprini Konstantinídou will wear the colors of Vero Volley Milano in the 2024/2025 season. 28 years old next September, left-handed, after the last two years spent at home at AEK Athens, she is now ready to land in Italy and be part of Vero Volley Milano, to play the role of deputy Alessia Orro in Serie A1 and in the Champions League.
Raised as a volleyball player in Iraklis Thessaloniki, the team from her hometown, in 2013 she chose to fly overseas to combine her sporting career with her university career; she spent four years between West Virginia and Texas where she took part in the American university championships. After the US parenthesis she returned to Greece at Olympiakos where in 2018/2019 she won both the Scudetto and the Greek Cup. From Athens she moved to her Thessaloniki in the 2019/2020 season and then moved to ASP Thetis. After a brief experience with the Israelis of Maccabi Haifa, she flies back to Greece at AO Thiras. In the last two seasons he returned to the Greek capital with the AEK shirt and in 2023 he lifted the Greek Cup with the yellow and blacks.
