The food and wine excellences of Friuli Venezia Giulia are moving quickly; race alongside the Formula 1 racing cars: the wines of the Colli Orientali of the Specogna farm in Corno di Rosazzo they found a place of honor in the speed parterre most important in the world.

Cristian Specogna, producer who together with his brother represents the third generation of the family of winemakers on the hills of Rocca Bernarda, was able present their products during a series of events held on the occasion of Imola Grand Prix. “She was one extraordinary showcase – he said -, to make the history and peculiarities of our territory“.

“Inside the paddock of American Haas team and in hospitality spaces of the International Automobile Federation we were able to have some of our wines tasted which allowed the guests to appreciate the quality and characteristics of the products that are born in Friuli. It was a weekend in which some of the greatest figures internationally they have heard about our region, knowing some aspects of it that perhaps were unknown to most. And this was truly a great honor and pride for our family.”

The Formula 1 circuit represents a very important image driver on a global level: Italian excellence passes through great Made in Italy brands engaged in the world of motors but it passes even through small companiesoften family members, who represent a very important socio-economic fabric for our nation.

An aspect that was well received by the international guests present in Imola. For the occasion, the Specogna agricultural company proposed some of its most representative wines: the Sauvignon blanc “Duality”, the white “Identità”, the red Oltre and the Picolit. And that was just the first of a series of events which will also continue in the next most important Grands Prix of the season.
