Only in the last ten minutes Verona manages to find its intensity again, and with a surge of pride he pushes continuously into the Lazio red zone. The anthracites flirt with the goal on several occasions, a maul falls centimeters from the goal, a few too many forwards stop promising actions on the wings. In the end it is a kick from Ormson that finds Sardo’s hands on the left flag and gives a smile and hope to a Payanini Center packed with fans.
A one-sided semi-final in which Verona certainly didn’t give the performance they wanted. To give the anthracites hope, however, there is a score that doesn’t totally condemn, there are four points scored by Lazio, and an appeal test – next Sunday – which just can’t be missed.
