Important news for the corporate structure of Lpm Pallavolo Mondovì. After 16 years at the helm of Puma’s sports sector, Paolo Borello leaves his position and is replaced in the role by Massimo (Max) Rubado, also a long-time manager. However, Borello remains in the club and will continue to be an integral part of the management and to work in contact with the first team.
The news was made official by the company and those directly involved on Wednesday 8 May, in the early afternoon, during a meeting with the media, at PalaManera.
«I gladly accept this new role, even if we will continue to work together with Paolo Borello, as we have done so far – explained Rubado -. The team you will see on the pitch next season in Serie A2 will be young, but with what it takes to compete even with the top teams. It was a complex market, often “upward”, and many teams had high-level rosters. We are satisfied. At PalaManera you will see excellent volleyball.”
