Born in ’91, Feliciani, chosen by Rocchi for Salernitana-Atalanta, began refereeing in 2006 and arrived in the Serie D championship in 2014. He was promoted to Lega Pro in 2015 while his debut in the top flight came on 5 November 2022 in the match between Empoli and Sassuolo (1-0 for the Tuscans). This season he had already refereed 11 Serie A matches (Roma-Salernitana 2-2, Atalanta-Cagliari 2-0, Turin-Verona 0-0, Juventus-Verona 1-0, Atalanta-Salernitana 4-1, Lazio-Frosinone 3-1, Empoli-Genoa 0-0, Fiorentina-Frosinone 5-1, Genoa-Monza 2-3, Bologna-Salernitana 3-0, Genoa-Lazio 0-1). Feliciani’s precedents with Salernitana and Atalanta
Feliciani had already managed the Granata in the past and always this season: the referee, not yet 33 years old, is one of the men in the yellow uniform on the launch pad and a special observer of the referee Rocchi. Salernitana never emerged victorious from the green rectangle with him on the pitch, drawing for the first time 2-2 at the Olimpico against Roma, losing 4-1 against the Dea and at the beginning of last month 3-0 from Bologna.
