Dumfries, banner against Theo Hernandez during Inter’s celebration for the Scudetto

In the final minutes of the derby the Frenchman was involved in a brawl with Dumfries. Result? Both expelled, although with opposite moods. Theo’s face was dark as he watched Juve-Milan from outside, while Denzel saved his energy to then play his game after the match, that is, during the celebration. At a certain point a group of fans reached out to the Dutchman a particular banner, in which he is depicted holding Theo Hernandez on a leash.

The Inter winger raised it decisively, proudly showing it to everyone. Many times the two hit each other with more or less legitimate blows. It had already happened in the 2022/23 season, although the most sensational episode remains the one from six days ago with hands in the face and neck. The Milan winger had already been the target of insults and chants from Inter fans (“Son of p…”) on the occasion of the first party in Piazza Duomo immediately after the derby, but in that case it had been Nicolò Barella — on the balcony and with megaphone in hand — to stop them by making one leave for Dumfries instead.
