And again: «In the last two Grands Prix we were forced to remain mostly on the defensive. Jerez is a different track than the ones we have raced at so far. Therefore, it will be essential to work well in each session to understand the behavior of the Gp24 on this track.” His boxmate Enea fares better Bastianini: «Last year I tried to come back here after my shoulder injury, but I wasn’t ready and I had to withdraw before the two races. This year we arrive in Spain strong with two podiums and, even if it is a very different track compared to Austin, I believe there are all the conditions to be able to have another good weekend. At this moment I have found the feeling with the bike again and we are working well. I just need to be a little more consistent in the initial stages of the race and also be able to be more incisive in the Sprint.”
