Ferrero warns about Carlos Alcaraz’s problems: “The calendar doesn’t help”

His recent withdrawals have worried the fans, Carlos Alcaraz is very young but is constantly struggling with physical problems. The Murcian talent has a tendency to win and move forward in a tournament, but often have to deal with injuries (of all kinds) which have forced him, among other things, to miss a couple of tournaments.

Alcaraz has slipped to third place, he has also moved slightly away from Sinner but is ready to return to the field. The Spaniard has recovered and will be on the field as the number two seed in Madrid, he will start in the second round against the winner between the Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech and Alexander Shevchenko.

There is curiosity about the Spaniard who in the meantime was among the protagonists at the Laureus Awards where he awarded the Real Madrid star Joel Bellingham. Juan Carlos Ferrero, coach of the young Spanish talent, also spoke during the event.

Ferrero underlined (as did Alcaraz) the good sensations of the last training sessions and the fact that his athlete is training in the best possible way. Then Ferrero went on to explain, interviewed at the event: “Unfortunately the busy calendar on the circuit means that any small physical stop can force him to miss several tournaments, Alcaraz must learn from this situation.”

Sinner also had numerous physical problems at the beginning of his career but the Italian recently seems to be well physically ready and no longer has these problems. The rivalry between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz is only in its infancy but the two are seen as the main heirs of the Big Three.

At the moment the two are tied in the previous matches, four draws, and many are hoping for a final with the two absolute protagonists. Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, we are at the beginning of a great rivalry, obviously injuries permitting.
