The current season is perhaps one of the worst in recent years for the referee class. There were too many dubious episodes, which sparked furious discussions during the championship A league. This is one of the main points of his electoral program.
The elections for the AIA president have been postponed, the controversy starts: the request of the National Committee
According to what was exclusively reported by TVPlaytwo members of the National Committee of the AIA, such Antonio Zappi And Michele Affinito, they asked President Pacificithrough an informal email, to provide reasons regarding yet another postponement of the elections.
The explanation given by Pacifici is the following: we must first align the regulation with CONI principles. A motivation that appeared rather superficial, if one considers the speed with which Umberto Calcagno, president of the AIC, was re-elected. So Affinito and Zappi ask themselves because one month after the appointment of the Commissioner ad acta of Coni to standardize the previously mentioned rules, again there is no definite date for the elections.
According to the two members of the National Committee, the slowdown is slowing down the elections on the Sections of the territories. And so all this generated general chaos throughout the movement.
AIA elections, the two factions compared: the programs of Pacifici and Trentalange
