Rugby. Sunday 21 April away to Modena for Romagna in search of promotion
Descriptive text here

After the clear victory over Formigine, it’s time for Romagna RFC to test it on the Modena Rugby pitch. The appointment is Sunday 21 April at 3.30pm on the Collerola Municipal Field in Modena. The Galletti are now one step away from promotion and are looking for a useful result to ensure the mathematical certainty of first place two days in advance.

The objective is therefore to make the most of this “match point” appointment to extend this season’s positive streak and confirm their unbeaten record. To do this, an obstacle that is not at all simple must be overcome, given that Modena is still in the running to compete with Colorno and Bologna for second place and will certainly give battle to the Romagna team, also being able to count on the precious field factor: in fact, the Modenese team are at the Connectarola they strung together a series of positive results, slowing down only on a couple of occasions, the narrow defeat with Bologna and the draw with San Benedetto.

All the more reason for the Galletti to try to bring home a positive result, also to break the taboo of away games on the fields of their direct pursuers, given that the only points left on the way in this record season – 90 points collected, almost 200 tries scored and only 27 conceded so far – these are those of the draws in Colorno and Bologna.
