A precise choice of field, to pursue the goal of landing with both teams at the WorldTour in 2026. These are important days within the Team Uno-X Mobility that he decided to close his Devo Team but not to abandon youth cycling. Here is what the team writes on its website:

«For years Uno-X has contributed significantly to the development of Norwegian and Danish cycling. In addition to investing in its teams, the company sponsored major races in Norway and organized races for youth categories. Now the focus will increasingly shift towards the elite with both men’s and women’s professional teams, whilst continuing to support the recruitment and development of younger generations in both countries.

Uno-X Mobility stands intensifying its focus on men’s and women’s professional teams with the aim of carrying both teams at World Tour level starting in 2026. In this context, a review of all cycling projects has been finalized. Earlier this winter, it was announced that the Uno-X Development Weekend, which has been held since 2018, will no longer be organised.

Now we are very happy to have signed a three-year agreement with the Norwegian Cycling Federation: Lhe agreement is linked to the Norwegian Cup road races to compensate for the disruption of the Uno-X Development Weekend while ensuring more sustainable racing in the Norwegian Cup. To promote new talent, it is essential to organize cycling races and with this agreement Uno-X aims to help the organizers of the Norwegian Cup achieve greater financial stability. One-X will also continue its collaboration with Sundvolden/Ringerike GP and the Arctic Race of Norway among Norwegian UCI races.

As a significant part of the restructuring related to investment and elite recruitment, it was decided to disband the development team, Uno-X Mobility Development Team, at the end of this season. The trend in international cycling in recent years has been to reward ever younger cyclists excelling at the highest levels. Many riders are recruited directly from the junior ranks from the bigger teams. It is important for Uno-X to keep pace with this development and therefore the company has entered into new collaboration agreements with NTG in Norway and Team Cycling Elite in Roskilde, Denmark, relating to the development of the junior category. l Team Uno-X-NTG and Uno-X Carl Ras Roskilde Junior I’m already well into this season andOther projects relating to junior runners could also be taken into consideration in the future.”
