After Pietro Fanelli’s withdrawal, the televoting was therefore canceled and will be reopened with the other five castaways already nominated: Sonny Olumati, Rosanna Lodi, Daniele Radini Tedeschi, Khady Gueye and Joe Bastianich. Votes received in the canceled session are not considered valid. Users who voted via SMS will be refunded. Televoting will be closed during the episode on Monday 29th.
Pietro and the dispute with the group
After a sleepless night, Pietro’s awakening on Playa Coco was cheered by a message: the Spirit of the Island invited the poet to join his companions after winning the test. And once he arrived on Playa Espinada he was warmly welcomed by the group. However, Pietro confided to Valentina that he “no longer had the will and energy necessary to reintegrate with the rest of the group” and, precisely for this reason, he would have liked to spend his days alone.
Pietro more and more alone
Pietro had won an important reward, namely pasta. And being hungry he decided to cook it without asking others for advice. “I took that one… Nobody commands us. Why do I have to follow the rules?”, he blurted out in front of the astonished castaways. Pietro didn’t want to listen to reason. Upset, the castaways did not spare him harsh criticism, causing a heated argument to break out. Matilde, nervous, took matters into her own hands: given the poet’s stubbornness, she gave him back all the pasta and invited her companions to prepare some rice.
The fight also over rice
The tensions, however, have not subsided. In addition to eating a generous portion of pasta, Pietro completed his lunch by also eating rice. Not only. During the preparation of the meal, due to a careless error, the boy inadvertently spilled the cooking water onto the stove. After yet another argument, Pietro decided to withdraw.
