Giuseppe Cruciani’s counter-monologue is broadcast on Quarta Repubblica not only on April 25th, but on the issue of the (non-existent) censorship against Antonio Scurati. Not only did the writer of “M. The son of the century” have to recite his sermon, states the host of La Zanzara, but it would be appropriate to entrust him with “a program, or the whole of Rai3, so Giorgia Meloni goes from 26 to 40 percent”. Guest of Nicola Porro as usual on A Table for Two, the most caustic coda of the Rete 4 programme, on Monday 22 April, Cruciani starts off with a bang: “My monologue is this: no one seriously threatens Antonio Scurati. Don’t play the victim Indeed, he only has to thank for this enormous publicity they have given him”, says the journalist.

The monologue in question, of course, was not on April 25th but was an attack on the current government, “propaganda” says Cruciani, but the center-right won the elections also for this reason. “Give him an entire channel”, says Cruciani referring to Scurati, “and you will see that Meloni’s votes will go from 26 percent to 40 percent”.
