For the second time some disappointed fans have decided to take action

The controversies relating to the incidents that occurred during the event do not seem to have subsided Celebration Tour in America’s Madonna. Last December, two fans sued Live Nation and the artist for the long delay in starting the show. Now it is the turn of three other fans Elizabeth Halper-Asefi, Mary Conoboy and Nestor Monte who have filed a class action aimed again at the concert agency and the artist.

Reached by Rolling Stone the three said that the live experience was “a nightmare”. The concert started two hours late (it was scheduled at 8.30pm and started at 10.30pm), but the artist reportedly apologized in her own way: “I am sorry for the delay. No, I’m not sorry, that’s how I am, I’m always late”. Not enough to avoid the cause.

The spectators underlined that the temperature in the hall was exaggerated, in addition to the delay, the insult of watching a large part of the show in playback: “We felt cheated and were disappointed by the total and arrogant lack of respect”, they commented.

The lawyers added: “Ticket holders were not notified that the concerts would begin much later than the advertised start time printed on the ticket. More than anything else, the thing to highlight is the damage caused by the delay to reasonable people who had made commitments to the babysitter or to work, who didn’t see the entire concert they paid for because the car parks where they left their car closed or because public transport no longer worked at that time.” No official comment from those directly involved for now.
