THE films based on video games there are many, many more will continue to arrive and, with the partnership between DreamWorks Animation and Story Kitchen as soon as this number is announced it will tend to grow exponentially.

Story Kitchen’s goal will be to secure the adaptation of “exciting and iconic video game IPs” for Dreamworks Animation and launch them into the global animation market.
“We are incredibly excited to be working with DreamWorks Animation as our first official film partner since SK launches in 2022.”Story Kitchen said in a statement.
DreamWorks obviously has a strong tradition in creating immersive imagery and worlds, and it will be interesting to see the first video game projects in this sense. There are currently no projects in development, but announcements will definitely come in the next few years.
