Another blow to the drug trafficking thanks to the work of the State Police. Friday evening, around 8:40 pm, during a normal patrol in Borgazzi Streetthe agents of the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters of Monza and Brianza stopped a 34 year old young man from Monza on a scooter for a routine document check.
Despite the apparent regularity of the documents, thebold and unjustified attitude of the boy aroused the suspicions of the officers, who decided to carry out a more thorough check, asking to inspect the contents of his purse. Initially, the young man spontaneously handed over a wrapper containing approximately 12 grams of hashishbut then he resisted the continuation of the control.
This reaction further aroused the suspicions of the officers, who proceeded to a personal search, discovering nine sealed white plastic packages, containing a total of approximately 55 grams of heroin. Given the discovery and the flagrant nature of the crime of drug dealing, the officers extended the search to the young man’s home, where they found two precision scales, confirming the hypothesis of drug dealing.
The young man, already known to the police for previous convictions for drug dealing, resisting and insulting a public official, theft and mistreatment in the family, was immediately arrested. arrested for drug dealing and placed at the disposal of the Judicial Authority. The validation hearing, held on June 29, validated the arrest and ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to report daily to the Judicial Police.
