“The Sangiorgesi Activities of the Blue Cross” can be visited in the town hall from 3 July to 31 August 2024
San Giorgio su Legnano – Summer is coming and hobbyists are getting ready for their holidays, but not without leaving evidence of what happens all year round, day after day, in the Municipality. Thus was born the idea of organizing a photographic exhibition dedicated to the activities that Blue Cross Ticinia OdV carries out daily work for the benefit of the people who need it most, offering them a transport service to hospitalsdiagnostic centers, nursing homes, health residences, educational communities and social cooperatives, to carry out visits, tests, therapies, activities or educational courses.
From Monday 3 July until 31 August 2024 the Hobbyist Socio-Cultural Circlein collaboration with Blue Cross Ticinia OdV and with the patronage of the Municipality of San Giorgio su Legnano, will exhibit the Photographic Exhibition “The Sangiorgesi Activities of the Blue Cross”.
Through the images collected by the volunteers who carry out their activities in the municipal area, visitors will be able to discover the organization, the means dedicated to the services and the human resources that carry them out, discovering how dedicating even a little of your own time we can provide effective and important help to people.
The exhibition will be held in the Atrium of the Municipality of San Giorgio su Legnano, in Piazza IV novembre 7, and will be freely open to visitors on the days and during the opening hours of the Municipal Offices to the public until the end of August 2024.
Furthermore, the Hobbyists invite, given the occasion, anyone who is interested, has a proactive and dynamic spirit and is between 18 and 78 years old, to contact the Croce Azzurra Ticinia OdV al n. 0331.400612: to become a volunteer, even a few hours of your time are enough!
