PERUGIA – A clan. Led by the 69-year-old who, at dawn on Saturday morning, allegedly brought the girl up to the apartment along via Pievaiola with the excuse of taking the phone to call a taxi and who instead was the first of the two to rape her.
The stories of the young girl, understandably in shock but which at the moment have proven to be particularly precise and therefore reliable, have literally opened up to the investigators of the Flying Squad (directed by Maria Assunta Ghizzoni) an investigation within the investigation: that of a real gang of Albanians specialized in drug dealing. Cocaine in particular, since in the raid on the two apartments (the one where, according to the girl, the rape took place and the one used by one of at least two other Albanian subjects present during the approximately two hours of nightmare that the young woman lived) the Flying Squad found over two hundred grams of it, but also hashish. Cocaine that would also have been taken, also forcing the girl, both before and during the sexual violence.
But there is more. There is the disturbing presence of a Beretta caliber 765 pistol with 5 rounds inside the magazine. A pistol that, according to the initial investigations of the investigators, is not one of those with a “scraped serial number” but it is still likely that it could have been stolen. Then there are the twenty thousand euros in cash found in the two hideouts that seem to certify an important activity in terms of drug trafficking. Without forgetting the presence of criminal records that seem to place the group even more within the drug dealing sector.
There is another aspect to consider. And that is that at dawn on Saturday morning the 69-year-old was outside the disco bar in the area between via Pievaiola and via Dottori, with the girl who he would remember as the other one in custody, i.e. the 34-year-old who was also accused of the rape, had seen and met him inside the premises. In short, it cannot be ruled out that the drug dealing activity could also involve people hooked up outside the premises to sell smoke and cocaine.
