In the presence of the President of the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation Angelo Binaghi, the Mayor of Quartu Sant’Elena Graziano Milia, the Councilor for Sport Cinzia Carta and the President of the Sporting Club Quartu Giuseppe Campus, the Italian Third Category Championships for men and women were presented, for the twelfth time in Sardinia on the green set courts of the Quartu club.
A presentation with a special flavour, almost a first time, even though the actors and the stage have been the same for over 10 years now, the difference is a new air, never breathed before, which can now be enjoyed to the full. A terrace, that of the Quartu club, which overlooks the two main fields in front of the Club House, packed with enthusiasts and presidents, such as Giuseppe Campus who for years in their clubs have been committed to growing a movement that is now reaping the successes resulting from what has been sown over many years. And it is in this scenario that the 2024 edition of the Third Category Tricolors: the great successes we admire today are the result of work that started a long time ago, even from the Third Category.
