The season of scams linked to the superbonus continues. In Treviso, the Guardia di Finanza reported two directors of a company accused of defrauding two thousand people between 2020 and 2022 in the regions of northern Italy.

The company offered a “turnkey” package that included completing the paperwork to obtain the 110% exemption, carrying out the work, and transferring the tax credits to take advantage of the bonus. However, once they received payment for the feasibility study, the company disappeared. They also avoided informing customers that only by completing the process and the work would they obtain the tax benefits.

The Fiamme Gialle collected complaints from 350 people and searched the company headquarters, the homes of the directors and sales agents. Investigations confirmed that the work never started. This result was possible thanks to the collaboration of the victims, who presented numerous complaints and complaints to the departments of the Guardia di Finanza in northern Italy.
