This morning, at the Autonomous Province of Trento, a meeting was held welcome for 24 new employees recently hired in various offices and at different levels of classification.

The acolytes were greeted by the provincial councilor for economic development, work, universities and research, Achille Spinelli, together with the general manager of the Organization, Personnel and General Affairs Department, Luca Comper; to the general manager of the heritage and transport strategic mission unit, Mauro Groff; to the director of the Personnel Service, Mary of Hippolytus; and to the general director of the Trentino Historical Museum Foundation, Giuseppe Ferrandi.

The meeting aimed to provide new employees with an overview of the Autonomous Province of Trento, on the Trentino public system and on autonomy. It was also an opportunity to highlight the crucial role of public administration in supporting the transformation of society and responding to evolving needs.

Ours is a complex system that manages multiple skills,” declared Councilor Spinelli. “We constantly need new blood and people ready to put their skills and enthusiasm at the service of the functioning of the public machine, thus becoming a guide for our great public system.”. Spinelli also underlined how the Trentino public system, with its bodies and companies, is a fundamental pillar of the economy and society of Trentino.

Spinelli highlighted that in recent decades Trentino has seen a notable development thanks to important reforms and new skills, becoming an innovative territory and a model of good administration and capacity in the use of public resources. In his welcome message, he also encouraged new hires to seek job satisfaction and develop one’s own expectationsemphasizing the importance of enthusiasm and teamwork.

Engineer Groff shared his personal experience, explaining the choice to enter the public administration after a period in the private sector. He underlined that every employee can make a significant contribution and recalled the importance of rules for the smooth functioning of activities.

Dr. Comper, also bringing greetings from the Director General of the Province, Raffaele De Colspoke about the values ​​and identity that characterize the special autonomy of Trentino.

He mentioned the well-being achieved by the province, the importance of volunteering in the community and cultural commitment. He also emphasized the need for training of public personnel.

Dr. D’Ippoliti provided an overview of the organization of the Province and the Trentino public system, making reference to current collaborations with other territories, in particular through Euregio, Arge Alp and Eusalp.

Finally, Dr. Ferrandi illustrated the history of Trentino autonomy and the main steps of the Statute, underlining the importance of creating autonomy tailored to the territory, with greater participation in public life and active community involvement. The meeting concluded with a visit to the installation on autonomy present inside the provincial palace.
