Pinched with 55 grams of heroin in the bag (in addition to 12 of hashish) for a 34 year old from Monza, who had two precision scales at home, was arrested by a patrol of the State Police Flying Squad for dealing in narcotic substances.
The man was stopped in recent days by policemen from the local police station while he was riding a scooter in via Borgazzi: during the document check, the 34-year-old, already known to the police for drug dealing, resisting and insulting a public official, as well as for theft and mistreatment in the family, was asked to inspect the contents of the bag he carried to shoulder bag.

The man immediately handed over a package containing approximately 12 grams of hashish, then apparently decided to resist. “with decision” they say at the police station, during the subsequent purse check, “categorically refusing to show its contents”. Given the suspicious attitude the officers have proceeded with a personal search and inside the bag they found “nine sealed plastic packages containing heroin for a total weight of approximately 55 grams”. The the search was then extended to the home of the man from Monza where the scales were found.
The judge validated the arrest and ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to report daily to the Judicial Police.
