The National Museum of Abruzzo opens the month of July with a succession of events:

Mammoth: Tuesday 2nd July, daily openings from Tuesday to Sunday begin until 1st September. Opening hours 9.00/19.00, last entry 18.30.

Festival of the Cities of the Middle Agesadhering to the Festival, organized by the University and the Municipality of L’Aquila on the great theme “Cities and water”, from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th July the Mammut del Castello will be open during the four days also in the evening hours, 7.00pm/11.00pmticket office closes at 10.30pm. Ticket €7, reduced €2, free for under 18s

“From Water and Spirit. Meanings and Symbolism in the Works of the National Museum of Abruzzo” by Federica Zalabra. As part of the Festival, the director of MuNDA will give a speech on Saturday 6 July at 11.30 am at the Park Auditorium. Free Entrance

Sunday 7th July free entry for #domenicalmuseo in the two locations of the Museum.
