The first call for proposals provides for the creation of a list of professionals (also in the form of an associated firm), aimed at the possible subsequent assignment of collaboration tasks aimed at supporting Irfis.
Some of the profiles wanted: an expert in the technical evaluation of investment programmes and guaranteed assets, an expert in the economic-financial evaluation of investment programmes, an expert in the management of incentives/concessions using cohesion policy funds;
For all resources, possession of the following is required titles: old system degree, three-year degree, specialist degree, master’s degree or equivalent foreign qualification.

Additionally, you need to have the following requirements: from 1 to 5 years of experience for junior profiles, more than 5 years for senior profiles, more than 10 years of experience for the Project Manager profile.
In order to select the profile of the Project Manager, previous experience relating to the coordination of work groups will also be taken into consideration.
The application for participation must contain: the registration request with the specification of the profiles envisaged by art. 2, up to a maximum of two, the substitutive declarations according to the specific form published on the Irfis institutional website and the professional curriculum signed by recent date.

The second call concerns the creation of a list of consultancy companies suitable for the possible assignment of collaboration tasks in the planning, implementation, monitoring and control in the context of facilitation interventions managed by the Institute.
The profiles sought are similar to those selected in the first announcement.
Here too, possession of the following is required for all resources titles: old system degree, three-year, specialist, master’s degree or equivalent foreign qualification, with the declared professional field.
Additionally, you need to have 1 to 5 years of experience for junior profiles, more than 5 years for senior profiles, more than 10 years of experience for the Project Manager profile.
For this notice the following are required: requirements indicated below: be a company registered in the Company Register, have its registered and operational headquarters in the territory of a member state of the European Union, be in the full and free exercise of its rights, not being subjected to insolvency proceedings and not being in of dissolution or voluntary liquidation;
But also: do not incur any of the causes of exclusion referred to in the art. 94 Legislative Decree 36/2023, not be incapable of negotiating with the Public Administration, not find themselves in situations of conflict of interest, even potential, and/or incompatibility and be in possession of insurance coverage for the activity carried out;
The application for participation must contain: the application for registration with the specification of the professional profile/field referred to in art. 2, up to a maximum of two and the substitute declarations made by the legal representative of the company and of the employees who will perform the service in the event of a subsequent assignment.
It is also necessary to include the CVs of the employees and must be sent to IRFIS-FinSicilia SpA exclusively by certified email to the PEC address: [email protected]
Furthermore, on Monday 1 July, Irfis publishes a further notice for the selection of 17 graduates to be included as permanent junior employees in the company’s staff.
The figures to be selected can be traced back to the economic and financial, commercial, administration and reporting, planning, management and monitoring of EU funds, organization and controls and technical and IT fields.
Of the 17 figures to be hired, the institute is looking for 13 graduates in the economic-financial field, 2 in the IT field and 2 in the technical field.
For all positions the requirement is a degree obtained with at least 100/110. The deadline for applications is set at 1pm on July 31st. It will be possible to submit the application and documents only online from the Irfis website.
The selection will be based on qualifications and interview, on the basis of which a ranking of the candidates will be drawn up.
