Sicily by Car (SBC:IM), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan among the main operators in the sector
of short and medium term leisure car rental, with reference to recent news published on some
press outlets relating to the first instance ruling of the Civil Court of Bolzano, according to which it would be
the clause referred to in article 2.2 of the general contract conditions is unfair (fee payable by the
customer of the service for processing and re-notification of reports of violations of the highway code or
of non-payment of tolls), specifies the following.
Sicily by Car reiterates the correctness of its actions, the validity of its reasons and the relevant elements
support. Certain of the total validity of its substantive and procedural position, Sicily by Car on
today filed the appeal with the Court of Appeal of Trento, Bolzano Branch,
requesting as a precaution the suspension of its executive effectiveness, which is considered difficult in some points,
if not impossible, implementation.

reaching a leadership position (Booking.com, AutoEurope, Expedia, Cartrawler, Zuzuche/Qeeq, Carmore Korea, Rentcars
Brazil, FTI Touristique, Offer).
The Group has developed a growing attention to ESG issues which have led to the gradual conversion of the fleet with
green vehicles (today around 40% of the entire fleet and 64% of the recent fleet are low emission) and the total energy autonomy of the
headquarters needs through the installation of a photovoltaic system capable of generating 187 kW.
The Company intends to consolidate its presence in Italy and accelerate its expansion in foreign markets. The strategic project is based on
following guidelines: growth of the B2C line abroad through M&A operations and the launch of the “SBC Europe” brand; strengthening of
B2B segment (car replacement and corporate) aimed at business diversification.
