ANCONA – New intense heat wave in the Marche. Between today and tomorrow, Sunday 30 June, the orange dots will multiply in the Marche localities. In Ancona, orange dot both today and tomorrow: here the temperatures will exceed 30 degrees, especially tomorrow when they will reach 33 degrees. The most scorching heat, however, will be recorded in Ascoli Piceno where the mercury column will touch between 34 and 36 degrees today and tomorrow.
On Sunday the Marche will be almost completely colored orange from North to South, today the last yellow dots in Fermo, Jesi and San Benedetto del Tronto. Tomorrow it will be scorching hot also in Macerata with 36 degrees expected. A torrid wave also in Fabriano where it will be 35 degrees and in Jesi where 34 are expected. Today the hottest cities are those in the hinterland: in San Severino, Sassocorvaro and Villa Potenza the mercury column marks 36 degrees, in Jesi 34 degrees, in Urbino 33 and in Porto Recanati 32 degrees.
From Monday the first red dots in Ascoli Piceno, Fabriano and Jesi. Tuesday everything changes for the arrival of a disturbance that will enter already from the late evening of Monday, explains the meteorologist of the Civil Protection Marco Lazzeri. The disturbance will bring rain and storms and a drop in temperatures that will also drop by 3-4 degrees.
