The municipal ordinance indicates the waste collection times for users in Piazza del Campo and the “historic Y”
SIENA. The Municipality of Siena, through a specific municipal ordinance, has indicated the hours of contribution some waste for domestic users (private citizens) and non-domestic users (commercial and restaurant businesses) residing in Piazza del Campo and in the “Historic Y” during the days of the Palio on 2 July, so that the collection activities do not interfere with the running of the event.
PPiazza del Campo. Thursday 27th e Friday June 28th, waste must be collected from the end of the tests at 8 am. From Saturday 29 See you Tuesday 2 July inclusive, the waste must be displayed from 6 am to 7 am. As indicated in the municipal ordinance, the waste produced by all users (citizens and commercial and catering activities) must be placed in bags (or , if in possession of the business, inside the bin displayed on the street level).
