“Thank you for these two years”

The farewell is official Luca Castiglia. It was announced this morning SS Arezzo by the voice of the sports director Nello Cutolo. Castiglia, born in ’89, has an expiring contract. In his two seasons Amaranto has collected 46 championship appearances (32 in D, 14 in C) and 8 goals.

“We made Luca a proposal two-year agreement in the role of technical collaborator because we strongly wanted to make use of his professionalism. However, Castiglia decided, while thanking us, to make a different choice which we obviously respect. On this occasion we really want to thank him for everything he has given us in these two years in terms of sporting performance and seriousness of behavior, we wish him the best of luck.”

He won’t be part of the squad that starts the new season either Cristiano Maria Sebastiani. The striker, born in 1999, son-in-law of president Guglielmo Manzo, was signed last winter from Trastevere (series D). With Arezzo he made 5 appearances for a total of 60 minutes and a goal against Ancona.

“The experience of these months in professional football has been important for Cristiano growth opportunities which he has now decided to capitalize on by playing elsewhere, and is evaluating various possibilities. I therefore wish him to be able to continue on his path.”
