On Wednesday 26 June at 6.30 pm the Lilibeo Marsala Archaeological Park will host, in the “Maria Luisa Famà” conference room of the Lilibeo Archaeological Museum, the presentation of the book by Fabrizio Hopps entitled “The new Leopards” (Angelo Mazzotta publisher). This is the story of Santo, a Sicilian who goes through a series of events that are intertwined with the evil Sicilian politics that weaves shady deals polluting the economy and finance. The meeting will be introduced by Patrizia Sileoni, actress and art director, and they will converse with the author Barbara Lottero, Giusy Crimaudo and Francesco Saverio Calcara. Alfredo Baldi, critic and literary critic writes of the text: “a story that hits the reader straight to the heart… a profile of Sicilian political malfeasance, the x-ray of a pathological behavioral activity of Sicilian politicians”.
“The event is part of the many cultural activities carried out within our Park – says the Director, Anna Occhipinti – and specifically, in the series of book presentations which, for a year now, since I took office, we organized in collaboration with associations or bodies that proposed the various initiatives to us”.
