The unions reiterated the centrality of the economic increase in this renewal, highlighting that the request, contained in the union platform, has the objective of safeguarding wage growth for the next four years, also recovering the loss of purchasing power of highly eroded by the inflationary blaze of recent years.

“It is necessary to restore dignity and value to the professionalism and commitment of workers essential for the production of the excellence of our Made in Italy, as already demonstrated not only during the period of the Covid -19 pandemic, who deserve adequate and useful responses to the renewal of the contract also in the agricultural cooperation sector. – declared Fai, Flai and Uila – We hope that this cry of anger and protest will allow the resumption of discussion on a more constructive basis”.

The Fai-Flai-Uila negotiating delegation has already defined the initiatives for the mobilization of workers, with the blocking of overtime and all flexibilities starting from Monday 17 June, assemblies in all production sites and the proclamation of a national strike day next July 1st which will also be articulated at a territorial level.
