Latina, 15 June 2024 – The policemen of the Flying Squad have reportedor a foreigner in a state of freedomillegal in the area, who yesterday afternoon was responsible for an attack against some people outside a commercial business in Latina.
The officers intervened following a report employee of the business in question and at the scene they found the alleged attacker, apparently calm.
The man, as told by the people present, first a man was attacked for trivial reasonshitting him with a fist and then throwing himself at a woman present using a chair, fortunately not managing to cause him serious injuries.
The foreigner, with numerous police records for similar crimes, was taken to the Police Headquarters offices for identification procedures and was reported for the crime of battery.
Subsequent investigations highlighted the lack of legitimate titles for his stay on the national territory and therefore the Immigration Office has activated the procedures aimed at accompanying him to the detention center for repatriation in Bari, where yesterday evening he was taken by policemen from the Police Headquarters and where he will remain for the subsequent administrative activities aimed at repatriation to the country of origin.
