New training opportunity in Lombardy thanks to free course in IT and social media.

Attendance of the course is free for candidates unemployed.

FREE COMPUTER AND SOCIAL COURSE IN LOMBARDY

The Institute of Conciliation and Higher Education (ICAF) organizes the free training course in IT, Office, Internet and Social.

At the end of the course the students will therefore be able to:

• know communication and communication strategies, including digital;
• know and know how to use the main ones from a professional point of view social networks, alternatives to office, different browsers, alternatives to office;
• build and manage a blog, business or personal;
• know the regulations on copyright, privacy and online safety.

TRAINING OFFER

The training offer of the free course in Computer Science, Office, Internet and Social is based on the following subjects:

• MODULE 1 Introduction to the course;
• MODULE 2 Office package and Canva;
• MODULE 3 Social and New Media;
• MODULE 4 How search engines are structured, how to integrate them into the workplace and the different browsers;
• MODULE 5 Copyright in the digital age, how to set up online privacy and security;
• MODULE 6 How interpersonal communication is expressed in the digital age.

RECIPIENTS OF THE COURSE

The training course, in its free version, is aimed at unemployed enrolled in the GOL program, aged between 18 to 65 years old, residents in Lombardy.

Candidates must also have the diploma and have a good level of the following soft skills:

• planning and organization skills;
• ability to work in a team;
• ability to relate in a complex context;
• basic computer knowledge.

It is specified that even those who do not meet the requirements to access the GOL program can enroll in the course by paying the fee.

VENUE AND CONDUCT OF THE COURSE

The course will take place on 50% online and 50% in personat the headquarters of the training institution a Milan.

They are expected in total 45 hours of training starting on September 18th 2024 and ends October 14, 224.

ORGANIZING BODY

ICAF is a Civil Mediation Body, which also became a Training Body in 2012. It operates in Lombardy and has its main headquarters in Milan. It also has a further 30 offices and conciliation desks between Lombardy and northern Italy. Thanks to agreements with other mediation bodies, ICAF guarantees territorial coverage of almost all of Italy.
