“Thanks to the work of the technical office of the Municipality of Salerno, the architect Cantisani and the manager of the ASI Consortium office, the architect Pelosio, the area has been equipped with a modern urban plan. This plan respects environmental regulations, aims to bring order to a context that until now had been disorganized and provides for an expansion of the industrial area by approximately 400 thousand square meters, with the possibility of establishing new businesses. Furthermore, it allows existing settlements to increase their volume by 10%. This is a work carried out jointly with the Municipality of Salerno, in particular with the delegate for urban planning activities, the architect Calabrese, Vice President of the ASI, who promoted a renewed relationship between the institution and the Municipality . The collaboration between the two technical offices has made it possible to define clear rules and attract new businesses to the area”.
