CASERTA(alfonso centor)- The thirty-fifth edition of the women’s tennis internationals in the city of Caserta awarded the Spanish woman as its queen Romero Gormazvictorious in the final over Switzerland Jil Teichmann after a battle of over two hours, which ended with the score of 6-2/4-6/6-4.

The finalists were awarded the trophy depicting the Vanvitellian palace created by designer Mario Basile.
