Trestina-Cesena agreement on the youth sector front. The two Juventus clubs signed a collaboration agreement in the presence of the entire Trestina management staff.
“The path of growth and investment in the youth sector, from this year – we read in the note released by the club – undergoes an important acceleration, with the signing of the collaboration relationship with Cesena FC in recent days.
The Romagna club, among the first at a national level in terms of consideration and valorisation of its youth sector, this aspect was fully confirmed this year, with the victory of the Primavera 2 championship and the return to Primavera 1, par excellence reserved for teams of Serie A, but also and above all, for the victory in group B of Lega Pro, using several boys who grew up in their own academy
The agreement signed in recent days and sealed at the Cesena headquarters, between the Cesena managers Roberto Colacone and Fabrizio Faro, the President Leonardo Bambini, the General Director Lorenzo Bambini, the DS Sante Podrini and the managers of the Youth Sector Luca Granturchelli and Lorenzo Biagioni, provides adequate and qualified training for our instructors, through a technical and psycho-pedagogical training course, which includes periodic visits by Cesena representatives and visits by our technicians to the training facilities in Romagna, to discuss the methodologies and training programs to offer to children.
Finally, the agreement will also have the function of exchanging players, with Cesena’s pre-emption over all our members, with the right to acquire and register young players belonging to categories ranging from U13 to U9.
In short, we are convinced that this represents a further step in the growth of our movement and in the possibilities offered to our members, with the guarantee of having a brand of prestige and undisputed value such as that of Cesena FC behind us.”
