On the morning of June 5th, the swearing-in ceremony of new operational management officials, new logistics-management officials and technical operators in service at the fire brigade commands in the region and newly hired employees took place at the Regional Directorate of the Fire Brigade.
The important ceremony was promoted by the Regional Director Eng. Maurizio Lucia and took place in the presence of the same as well as the Commander of Catanzaro Eng. Giuseppe Bennardo, the Commander of Reggio Calabria and regent of the Command of Vibo Valentia Eng. Antonino Casella and the Commander of Crotone Eng. Roberto Fasano.
The defendants, accompanied by some family members, took the oath according to the ritual formula.
The Director, in introducing the moment of the oath, recalled that it does not constitute a mere formal fulfillment but a precise commitment that is assumed by virtue of a constitutional provision, a commitment to carry out the service with discipline and honor, always acting in interest of the Administration and for the public good.
They swore:

- The Deputy Director of Logistics Management, Dr. Saveria Valeria Pizzimenti, of the Crotone Command

- The Logistics Management Inspector, Dr. Carmelina Greco, of the Catanzaro Command
- The Logistics Management Inspector, Dr. Caterina Lio, of the Catanzaro Command
- The Logistics Management Inspector, Dr. Francescapia Loscerbo, of the Catanzaro Command
- Operator Daniele Caccamo, of the Vibo Valentia Command
- Operator Giuseppe Longo, of the Crotone Command
- Operator Giuseppe Lorenzano, of the Crotone Command.
