tastings at outdoor tasting tables, in the beautiful park of the estate and in the shade of the majestic centuries-old trees.
PLAN
Podere Santa Lucia, Tossicia (TE) – Tasting of over 150 labels 100% made in Abruzzo.
The tasting stands will be arranged so as to ideally represent the shape of the region and organized and divided into the four main sub-areas of the territory: Colline Teramane, Colline Pescaresi, Terre di Chieti and Terre de L’Aquila. The gastronomic area will be located separately from the tasting tables.

MASTERCLASS
Three in-depth masterclasses will be organized on Saturday 8 June, to learn more specifically about Abruzzo wine production:
- 12.00-13.30 approximately – Masterclass: “DOCG COLLINE TERAMANE: THE GREAT ABRUZZO IN THE GLASS”.
The Teramo hills, a treasure chest of biodiversity and terroirs suited to viticulture, give life to wines of undoubted value, enhanced in the significant DOCG Teramo Hills. Recognized in 2003the first and only DOCG in Abruzzorepresents a beacon of oenological excellence, which enhances the distinctive character of the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo created in this specific area.
Masterclass organized in collaboration with Fisar, delegation from Teramoand conducted by the delegate Giuseppe Ialonardi, in the presence of the producers in the room.

To the classic grape variety Trebbianostill most widespread in the region today, have been joined by other varieties recovered from the past: Pecorino, Passerina, Cococciola and Montonico, who give away wines fromdistinctive, unique characteristics, an expression of the lands from which they come.

Food and wine tasting aimed at creating a a marriage of excellence between gourmet dishes created with 0 km raw materials, territory and fine wines. A sensorial journey to be savored, in which 4 refined gastronomic portions will be served, created by the chef of the farm’s restaurant, combined with labels that best express the great quality of the region’s wine, with a particular focus on Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, the versatile wine par excellence.
The Masterclass will be conducted by Saula Giusto, AIS sommelier since 2003, teacher of the European Sommelier School, Rome branch and owner of Roma Wine Experience.

The installations will be made of cardboard, to create a low environmental impact, plastic-free and 100% Italian, with total respect for the environment. The materials used to create the event will also be made of recyclable, compostable and biodegradable materials.
