TOSSICIA – On Saturday 8 June in Tossicia (Teramo) at Podere Santa Lucia, from 11.30 to 20.30, the first edition of Italia Wine Experience Abruzzo Edition will be held, an event aimed at promoting the food and wine products of this region exclusively , with a view to relaunching and promoting the great quality of this territory.
Italia Wine Experience Abruzzo Edition was born from the awareness of the great quality of food and wine production that this region can offer today and from the equally important need to communicate it. An event exclusively to promote viticulture and food and wine 100% made in Abruzzo.
The event enjoys the patronage of the Consorzio Tutela Vini d’Abruzzo and the collaboration of Fisar, delegations from Teramo, L’Aquila and Pescara.
Among the aims is to enhance and raise awareness of the rebirth of this beautiful area, which has always been suitable, to an audience of enthusiasts and media operators, both Roman and local. Furthermore, the choice, as a location, of an agricultural company (Podere Santa Lucia) is aimed at making known the accommodation capacities of this area and its beautiful countryside, which can offer unique, 360-degree experiences, attracting visitors even from large city, primarily from the capital.
The objective is also to create an opportunity to meet with press operators, Ho.re.ca and the event partners, who through their services can contribute to the sustainable development of businesses in the wine sector. To this end, an inaugural aperitif and dinner will be held on the evening of June 7th, to encourage meetings with the producers present in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere.
A further “password”, fundamental for us, is to create an elegant and refined event, which presents an image of this region and the quality it offers in a different way, compared to that of a village festival or fair. , which food and wine events often offer.
Three thematic masterclasses will be offered, aimed at exploring the important wine production of this region, located in the heart of Italy. The great wines of the region will be offered for tasting; through a complete sensorial experience the sub-areas, the great vines and the history of wine-growing Abruzzo will be told.
Our masterclasses will be held in collaboration with the Fisar delegation from Teramo, and conducted by expert sommeliers and tasters, with profound connoisseurs of local wines.
The event will be preceded in June by a B2B pre-event at La Corte Dei Tini in Villa Vomano
