As part of the strengthening of territorial control services, implemented by the Cisterna di Latina police station during the weekend and planned for the entire summer season, two local people were reported, one to the administrative authority and the other to the judicial authority .
Road checks and reports
During the checkpoints carried out by Cisterna police personnel, a man was stopped driving his car without a license, as it had been revoked. The individual, already known to the police and subjected to an oral warning from the Police Commissioner, was reported to the judicial authority based on the provisions of the anti-mafia code. This legislation provides for the arrest of individuals subjected to personal prevention measures who are found driving without a license or with their license revoked.
Seizure of Narcotic Substances
During the checks, another man was found in possession of a small quantity of narcotic substance. The officers seized the substance and reported the man to the Prefect for possession of drugs for personal use.
