Pesaro, 3 June 2024 – It goes by the name of “support for the city’s productive activities and promotion of the local economic fabric”. In other words, the Municipality of Pesaro reimbursesto all municipal taxes for new companies and to new professionals to encourage them in the initial stages of their business. We read in municipal resolution no. 1375: “Benefits are provided for newly established businesses and for freelancers (regularly registered with the Chamber of Commerce). THE economic benefits envisaged concern the reimbursement of local taxes such as Imu (municipal share), additional Irpef, Tosap (advertising tax), Tari (up to a maximum of 100 m2) paid in the year preceding the one to which the contribution application refers”. Basically 2023.
I am excluded from this benefit the following activities: street trading, industrial production activities, gold buying businesses, special forms of sales, vending machines and vending machines, seasonal businesses, businesses that hold VTL devices within the premises, medium and large structures of sales.
They are considered excluded from the benefit, regardless of the type of activity, all subjects who are not up to date with the fulfillment of the legislative and contractual obligations towards INPS, Inail, Cassa Edile etc., as well as all those who have a dispute with the Municipality of Pesaro and who are in arrears towards the Municipality of Pesaro for taxes and duties in general.
Never possible beneficiaries they are also in the tourism sector: “This includes hotels, hotel tourist residences, which to obtain the benefit must have carried out renovation works and demonstrate the increase in hotel classification”. The request for contribution must be submitted electronically by June 30th to be sent via certified email to the following address: [email protected]
It must be said that the Municipality will reimburse the municipal taxes relating to 2023 by 30 September provided that the business is still open, that the owner is under 40 years old and until available resources are exhausted. If the requests are greater than the sums available, the Municipality will proportionally reduce the reimbursement for all beneficiaries. It should be added that the sums that will be reimbursed can never exceed the municipal taxes paid in 2023.
