On Friday 24 May, at 10:00, over 250 Tuscan students will participate in “Finché un giorno”, presenting the book of the same name by Lia Celi and Luciano Schiavon, which tells stories of cooperatives that have influenced society. In the afternoon, at 4pm, we will talk about “Preparing the future” with a focus on Europe, environment and peace. In the evening, at 9.00 pm, Walter Veltroni will be a guest with his book “La condemnation”.

The “Pitti Pizza & Friends” event will take place until Sunday 26 May, in the picturesque Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the most breathtaking views of Florence. This event combines food and wine, culture and entertainment, offering a wide range of experiences: from tastings to the participation of experts in the food sector, with particular attention to the promotion of a healthy pizza that respects the principles of the Mediterranean diet. Furthermore, there will be an oven dedicated to celiacs and various food intolerances will be considered, including lactose.
