The Aymavilles City Council approved – Wednesday 22 May – the budget statement. The opportunity was also taken to take stock of the funding deriving from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
In fact, in a note we read that “the past year was a particularly complex year which led to the launch of important Pnrr projects such as energy efficiency and seismic adaptation of schools, as well as the renovation of the former Ozein schools and, shortly, the renovation of the sidewalks at the entrance to Aymavilles and the fences in front of the Town Hall”.
Speaking of numbers, the multi-annual fund bound for capital expenditure amounts to 2 million 388 thousand 045.29 euros. In the financial document, the economic resources foreseen in the forecast for social measures have been maintained, aimed in particular – we read again – “towards families with children like the school bus service and canteen service”.
The administrative surplus
The increase of energy costs and the consequent increase in the prices of supply contracts, services and workscontinued to weigh on municipal finances – they still say from Aymavilles -, as well as inflation And contractual adjustments. The 2023 report closes with an administration surplus of 506 thousand 614.50 eurosof which the part without destination restriction amounts to 231 thousand 909.41 eurosunderlining – it was the Auditor who reported it – “that the data in the report certifies a healthy and balanced body”.
The first variation
Once the report was approved, it was the turn of the first change to the budget forecast from 75 thousand 570.80 euros. The act will allow purchase the furniture and furnishings for the former Ozein schoolsfor which the Municipality obtained funding from the Ministry.
Not only that, the changes also give rise to resources for the implementation of public lighting with photovoltaic panels in the hamlet of Vercellodon a dangerous and currently unlit stretch of road, as well as starting a external service for moving classrooms to nursery school.
