Grosseto: The president of the Tuscany Regional Council and candidate for the Democratic Party in the next European elections, Antonio Mazzeo, will be in the Grosseto area on Saturday 25 May. The visit is organized in collaboration with Provincial PD of Grosseto and follows the stage of his tour, in the college of central Italywhich a few days ago saw him arrive (on board his blue 500 hybrid, decorated with the stars of the European flag) in Castiglione della Pescaia together with the mayor Elena Nappi.
The deputy will be present with Mazzeo Marco Simianithe regional councilor Leonardo Marrasthe fellow councilor of the legislative assembly Donatella Spadithe provincial secretary of the Democratic Party, Giacomo Termine and some mayors of the area. The candidate Mazzeo will be the protagonist of a day full of meetings to strengthen the synergy with the citizens and the territory. An opportunity to also listen to the requests of the local party.
The first appointment will be a press conference at 5.45 pm at the PD gazebo in Piazza Duomo in Grosseto, where President Mazzeo will outline his program and the objectives to be brought to the European Parliament with particular reference to the Tyrrhenian coast.
Subsequently, at 6pm, the PD candidate will participate in an aperitif at the Chalet in Piazza del Popolo 7, offering an opportunity for open dialogues with voters.
The day will end with participation in the 50th edition of the Strawberry Festival which will be held in Marsiliana, a hamlet of the Municipality of Manciano for an immersion in the traditions and culture of the Maremma.
