The “Mathematical Games” are a competition that allows competitors to engage in a competition where the resolution of the questions, posed in a playful way, calls into question, together with logical and intuitive qualities, a great passion for mathematics combined with a good dose of creativity and imagination. The Francesco Redi high school in Arezzo will provide the bus that will accompany the competitors to Milan for the national final.

The manager’s satisfaction was great Monica Cicaliniof the area representative teacher, Velia Guiducci, and the institute contact person, Daniela Barbagli, for the results achieved by the competitors also and above all in consideration of the seriousness and sense of responsibility demonstrated during the competition. “It was very nice – explain the three teachers – to see the kids come out of the various classrooms and gather in groups to compare, sometimes with warm discussions, the results of the questions with the hope of reaching the coveted final. In fact with the mathematical games we find ourselves talking about mathematics, numbers, formulas and sharing a goal, a solution, an emotion. The event was a great opportunity to bring together all the school’s resources, from teachers, technicians and ATA staff A special thanks also to the teachers of the participating schools who, with their enthusiasm and motivation, supported and encouraged their students and collaborated in supervision, contributing to the success of the event”.
