Exciting week for “Giuseppe Pavoncelli” secondary school in Cerignola: in music and singing, other excellences of the educational institution. To the “Umberto Giordano” music competition, won second prize with a score of 93/100 for the 1st E, 2nd F, 3rd E, 3rd I, 3rd M, 3rd N classes, in the Choir section, directed by Maria Grazia Bonavita. A classic-pop performance in English and Italian, the medley titled by the boys “DisneyBranca” ad pay homage to the centenary of Disney and the great multi-instrumentalist artist Serena Brancale, with his catchphrase that is all the rage on social media. In the previous days and at the same event, brilliant results had been recorded in piano by Savino Romagnuolo (1st place category B soloists with maximum score and the Marinella Palmieri prize) ed Emma Cifaldi, Rita Orteca (I sing), Leonardo Palamaro (drums). Brancale was also admired for the drawings made by the student Martina Sellarione of 3rd N (very talented student in drawing).
