A 52-year-old security guard was killed in a car-motorcycle accident in Casoria last night: the police are investigating.

Road accident last night in Casoria between a car and a motorcycle: the one who got the worst of it was a 52-year-old man, a security guard, who was on board the motorcycle. The man died at the hospital del Mare in Naples, where he had been taken after the impact. The carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section and the Casoria station are investigating the matter, having intervened immediately after the impact: the exact dynamics of the matter are yet to be ascertained.
It all happened late yesterday afternoon, Monday 20 May: according to what has been reconstructed so far, a clash between via Giovanni Pascoli and via Bellini they would have been a motorcycle from a surveillance institute and a car. The one who fared the worst was the security guard, born in 1971, whose wounds were fatal: rushed to the Mare hospital in the Ponticelli district, the man passed away. No major consequences for the man driving the car, a 68-year-old from Naples. The police seized both vehicles involved in the accident: at the moment it would appear that both had their registration documents in order. However, the exact dynamics of the incident, which occurred on the corner of via Bellini and via Pascoli, are still to be clarified.
