Livorno 21 May 2024 – Family doctors, Doctor Massimo Rossi will retire in Livorno from 1 June

From Saturday 1st June the conventional relationship with Doctor Massimo Rossi, a general practitioner serving in the Livorno area, ends. Patients currently registered on Dr. Rossi’s lists will have to choose a new doctor.

On this occasion we remind you that to make the choice of doctor or pediatrician it is always advisable to use the procedures that can be activated from your computer or mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, without the need to physically go to the counters, thus eliminating the queues and with maximum freedom of time.

– Web portal Open Tuscany

The Local Health Authority of Tuscany North West has also made an online mode available. On the institutional website (https://www.uslnordOvest.toscana.it/richiesta-cambio-doctor) an electronic form is available that can be filled out via the web to request a change of doctor or paediatrician. It can be used by citizens with a valid registration in the regional health service and be completed for themselves, for their minor children or for people for whom they exercise guardianship. Preferences may be expressed in favor of doctors in your municipality of residence or domicile.

Only if it is impossible to use the methods indicated is it possible to contact the health registry offices present in the company districts.
