We learn with dismay the news of a
feminicide that happened today in Riccò del Golfo. From the first reconstructions
the man responsible for the murder would have been investigated for mistreatment of
towards his wife and would have been estranged from the family
precisely because he is the perpetrator of violence against women, measures
restrictive measures that have failed. The tragedy of feminicides is a plague
social that must be remedied with important resources, not only cultural and
training, but also through the re-evaluation of the person as
such, as an autonomous and independent subject. Social change though
it still takes a long time, not compatible with dramas and tragedies
which are perpetuated daily. In fact, in many cases women,
victims of femicide, had already reported what it would be like
became his own killer. It is clear that the existing rules do not
are sufficient. At the moment the only disconcerting certainty is that two
boys were left orphans of both parents and in the most
cruel as possible.
Our condolences go to them, to their relatives and to all
community of Riccò del Golfo.
