The undersigned municipal councilor of the Mixed Group Cosimo Oteri,
GIVEN THAT:
after verifying that the disbursement objective has not been achieved
water supply throughout the city 24 hours a day after 5 scheduled outages on the
conduct Fiumefreddo, expressing disappointment and regret and recalling that
last year Mayor Basile illustrated projects regarding the network
of the Messina aqueduct indicating the end of the works which began in November
2023 the availability of water 24 hours a day for all Messina residents;
WHEREAS:
six months after the first posting, despite Mayor Basile having us
accustomed to sudden changes in direction on initial promises, the people of Messina are not
they will have water 24 hours a day;
who, forgetting what was promised at the conclusion of the work, declared that yes
it was “a great job that will avoid future pipe breakages”;
that the same mayor who was concerned about the alleged lack of water in the
construction sites for the bridge was immediately denied by the concessionaire company
of the Strait of Messina project, which declared that it will provide two watermakers which
they will supply water not only to construction sites but also to the city;QUESTION
the recipients of the query to find out:
• the reasons why these works did not bring the promised benefits;
• who are responsible for the failure to implement the mayor and the
president of AMAM Loredana Bonasera;
• what measures will be taken against any
responsible.
Furthermore, access to the documents is requested through the competent councilor
view the initial design and the final report on the works.
