We read – favorable conditions for the development of thunderstorms, even of strong intensity, with possible associated effects and damage, more likely on the Apennine sector and the central-western plain, in further
intensification from the evening hours. In the central-western hilly and mountainous sector, localized phenomena of runoff and landslides are possible on particularly fragile slopes and rapid increases in hydrometric levels in smaller watercourses. The hydraulic criticality along the Po river refers to the propagation of the Po flood; In the central-western hilly areas, the hydraulic criticality refers to the possible exceeding of threshold 1 of the watercourses”.
